Great Light, Challenging Install

I would order from Lighting Originals again and am very happy with the fixture that we purchased. The light is pretty and exactly as described. All of my dealings with Lighting Originals - placing the order, receiving delivery, etc. - were positive. I deducted a star because the manufacturer has made the installation process more difficult than it needs to be. The bolts provided to fasten the light to the ceiling housing are short and make it difficult to first get the right alignment and then tighten the bolts. We could not get the light installed with the hardware shipped with it. After we replaced the bolts with longer ones purchased at the hardware store, the light went up with little difficulty.
