CanadaAbove & Beyond!
I purchased my 3 Pendant lights from Lighting Originals online, because of COVID 19. I spent days surfing the internet to find what we wanted. I was getting really frustrated until I found Lighting Originals site. We had a high vaulted ceiling and most of the pendant lights had rods in them, which makes it impossible to hang evenly over our island. This light had rods also, but at the top of the rod it gave you the ability to add chain and the fixture also provided extra long wiring that would allow for our high ceiling. I called the store to tell them what I was dealing with and they were very busy, but took the time to explain how I could use this light and also offered to source the chain for me when the manufacturer did not supply any. They purchased it on my behalf and then packaged it up and sent it to me. I cannot say enough about the customer service, the people were so nice and helpful, and their follow up was the best! Lighting Originals will be my go to store for lighting in the future! Great Job Guys!!!
