CanadaHunter Bennet Fan with 3 lights, 52 inch, Model 54189
I called the Lighting Originals store to inquire if they had two (2) of the Hunter Bennett fans with 3 lights, 52 inch (model 54189) in stock. I was told that if I ordered them online, one fan would come directly from the Lighting Originals store and the other would come from the Hunter Fan warehouse. I received the first fan directly from the Hunter Fan warehouse. It was immediately installed and it works perfectly (even on the highest speed there was no wobble). This fan states that it was manufactured in 2023. I then received the second fan directly from the Lighting Originals store. Right away I noticed that the quality of the fan was not the same as the one sent directly from the Hunter Fan warehouse. The fan states it was manufactured in 2020. Firstly, two of the screws that hold the shipping blocks in place were not put in place correctly. I could not get the screws out by hand and had to use vice grips and tap the vice grips with a hammer until the screws loosened up. So these two screws that needed to go back into the holes were basically stripped. Secondly, the screws given for the blade arms were two different lengths and not all the same. Some of the screws were 1/8 inch longer than the other ones so when I used them to attached the blade arms to the blades it prevented the blades from being a snug fit to the blade arms. Thirdly, I cannot get the fan balanced following the directions given in the instruction manual. I really love the first Hunter fan we received directly from the Hunter Fan warehouse. I am not happy or satisfied with the Hunter fan we received directly from the Lighting Originals store. I feel like we received an inferior product.
