The lights were not listed as back ordered when we ordered them. After ordering in December them I had to reach out to find out about shipping then I was informed it was back orders to the middle of March. At the time that wasn’t a big deal as we were finishing Reno’s. On March when I inquired I was informed it would now be May when the lights would ship. At the end of May I emailed and was informed July. At which time I requested to cancel the order. I was then updated they would be shipping in mid June. When that date came and went with no information update I emailed multiple times requesting that we cancel the order because I was not waiting till July. I got no personal response but after a week I got a shipment notification. I really like the lights and have searched for similar elsewhere with no luck so even though I was thoroughly annoyed I accepted they would be shipped. They have arrived. They do not look like the picture… the original picture looks to have some blue colour to it (the part I liked the most) and when they arrived there was no colour in the lights they are grey and white which is disappointing. I still like the shape and design so we have installed them and will keep them but I probably will never order from this company again. They lacked communication skills and the product was not as advertised.

My order took quite some time to be delivered. I believe it was back ordered, but I’m not sure. The first fixture I received l, the glass globe was chipped. I sent an email to customer service and I received another very quickly. Superb customer service! We haven’t installed the light yet, but I am expecting it to be just as beautiful as it looked online. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. I will buy more as my renovations continue.
