CanadaBeautiful Light - Poor Customer Service
I love this light. I give it a 4 star because of poor customer service. After speaking to the “customer service” rep I thought it was a rip off website and wanted to cancel my order. You need to work on your customer service skills. Just saying “yeah” and not answering the phone properly does not instil confidence in the purchaser. The instructions for installation were not very poor.
