Called customer service when order due, they answered, easily retrieved my order and advised when it would be shipped (it had been back ordered). Recessed door bell arrived a few weeks later, pleased it was the standard electro-mechanical gong (ding dong) rather then electronic. No issues on install. If you can do it, recommend recessed doorbell -as out of sight out of mind, no decorating issues.
