Located on the eastern shore of lake champlain between the adirondack and green mountains burlington is charming and idyllic. This series was inspired by this quaint city by the lake that prides itself in the arts. Lighting professionals generally agree that outdoor wall sconces should usually be placed at eye level approximately 65 to 67 inches above the ground or porch. When installing 1 outdoor wall lantern on one side of your door it should measure about one third the height of the door. When installing 2 outdoor wall lanterns each lantern should measure approximately one fourth the height of the door.
